Do not use this company if you want your pest issue remediated. They just lay the same traps over and over without ever catching anything. They refuse to admit when there are clear droppings or signs of activity. We have used them for six months and our problem has only got worse. Total waste of money. Edit- no one from management ever reached out to correct the issue. This is their M.O.

Had a good experience to start. I was told everything was going to be covered on the outside of the house (original issue was rats coming from a creek in my backyard). I called last year about carpenter bees and was told they weren’t covered. I told them i was going to cancel and now they were magically included. Now I called for an opossum problem on the side of my house in my garbage and they told me they don’t cover wild life. I suggest another company that actually follows through with what their salesman say. Very disappointed.

First, let me say that we only had the service done today. I will come back and update if I must. Today, they took my house apart and went into areas I never thought of. I had 2 other bids for the job but we decided to go with Arrow. I think I'm glad we did. They were thorough and when they found one area that was affected with eggs they came back to that area at least 3 times. They hit every room in my house. 4 men came out and they really took their time to go through my whole entire house. One company told me it would take them no more than 3 hours and they didn't need to go through every room in my house. I needed and wanted a thorough job. This company was the most expensive but it was worth it. The men were friendly, professional and walked us through some things to stay on top of our problem and be proactive for prevention. I recommend this company to the highest. I have a contract now with them and they will be doing some other services for us. Will keep you all posted in about another month.

I’ve been a customer for many years. But honestly the service is horrible. As other posts say…they come quarterly but only on the outside of the house. To get an appointment inside you have to schedule way in advance and the window of service is 10-3. Really? That seems like poor inefficient managing to me. If the exterminator is headed to the north shore at 10 am. You can tell your south shore customers he won’t be there at ten for sure! I’m sure the time frame can be narrowed down! Who loses a day at work to wait for the exterminator! The actual exterminator that shows up at your house is amazing. But the owners and office people not so.

The I’ve been an Arrow customer for the past year. I was very happy to sign up with them last Spring when we noticed termites swarming, and after we discovered actual termite damage inside a few of our walls. Arrow came promptly and treated the problem. We had the beams fixed and walls repaired, which were very costly repairs. Arrow also came promptly during the following months and treated our home for ants and spiders. However, yesterday there was a huge termite swarm in my foyer and in my grandchildren’s bedrooms! Even more upsetting was that the swarms were in the exact spots that the damage was repaired in last year! Arrow was also at my home in March ( while it was still cold) and “ found no termite activity.” I immediately called customer service and was told that swarming can’t be avoided. She said she knows it’s upsetting but that there’s absolutely nothing that can be done! I called another company that specializes in termite control and was informed that the information that I was given is false. I am once again directing this question to Arrow - is the information that I was given yesterday, that swarming after a year of treatment unavoidable??” Trying to upload a video but having difficulties. Also, many thanks to management for their courteous response and for their expertise and patience in explaining the science of termite control.

Company has gone down hill terribly. Unreliable, unprofessional and can’t seem to get their selves organized. Signed up for a yearly service but they don’t tell you that they send out a tech without an appointment so if you aren’t home they never do the inside. You’re supposed to call and have them come back out for that. (Mean the tech needs to do twice as much work) asked for me bill three times and never got it so they suspended service (which is fine bc it didn’t work without spraying inside)- don’t use them. Office is not helpful at all. (Tech was VERY nice )
